Terms of Service

1. What AIBIO is

AIBIO gives you an online store on one link (aibio.store/yourname), ready-made content to share, a 7 · 30 · 100-day practice challenge and a referral program. Members pay a monthly, yearly or lifetime subscription for a level (Starter, Builder, Pro, Elite, Legend). The level decides how much commission you can receive from each subscription sold through your link.

2. Your account

• You need an account (email and password, or Google) to build a store and to pay. Keep your password private; changing or resetting it signs out your other devices.
• One person, one account. Accounts, devices or referral links created to pay commissions to yourself are not allowed and their commissions are not paid.
• You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.

3. Subscriptions and prices

• Prices are shown in US dollars before you pay. A first-month entry discount may be offered once per account, for a limited time shown by a countdown; it applies to the monthly plan of any level.
• Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically from your AIBIO balance when auto-renew is on. You can turn auto-renew off any time in Studio → Earnings → Your level; your level stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
• If the balance is too low at renewal, a short grace period applies; after that the level ends until you renew.
• Upgrading charges the difference for the current period; downgrading takes effect at the next renewal.
• Payments cover the period purchased. Used periods are not refunded, except where the law requires it.

4. Payments, balance and withdrawals

• You pay with Bitcoin or Litecoin through a payment address created for your account. Send the exact amount on the correct network: blockchain transfers cannot be reversed, and amounts that arrive lower than the invoice are credited as they arrive.
• Your balance is calculated from a ledger of deposits, purchases, commissions and withdrawals. It is not a bank account and earns no interest.
• Withdrawals are sent to the wallet address you enter. Minimum amounts, supported coins and daily limits are shown before you confirm. A withdrawal may stay pending while it is checked.

5. Referral commissions

• When someone subscribes through your link, commissions are paid up to 10 levels deep at the rates shown in Studio. Your own active level caps what you receive from one sale; the rest is not paid.
• You must have an active level when the sale happens. Commissions are held for a review period (currently 7 days) before they reach your balance, and daily limits may apply.
• Commissions from fraud, self-referral, chargeback-like abuse or fake accounts are cancelled.

6. Your store, content and digital assets

• You are responsible for everything on your store and for what you share. No illegal, misleading, hateful or infringing content, and no spam.
• If you sell your own digital assets (quizzes, lessons), AIBIO keeps a platform fee shown in Studio, sales are held for a review period, and reported items can be hidden.
• Ready-made posts and AI rewrites are suggestions; read them before you post. Earnings figures in the product are estimates, not promises.

7. Ending access

You can stop using AIBIO at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, abuse payments or harm other members. Balances from legitimate activity remain withdrawable unless the law says otherwise.

8. Liability

AIBIO is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, network or wallet errors outside our control, or results you expected but did not get.
