Refunds & Payments

1. Crypto deposits are final

Blockchain transfers cannot be reversed by us, by you or by the payment provider. Always check the coin, network, amount and address shown on your deposit order.

2. Underpaid, overpaid or late deposits

• If less than the invoice arrives, the amount that arrived is credited once it is confirmed.
• If a payment arrives after the order timer ends, its status is checked with the payment provider and it is credited when confirmed.
• Coins sent on the wrong network or to an old address may be lost. Contact support with the transaction ID; we will help where recovery is possible.

3. Game items

Machines, Pilots and Spaces are delivered to your Room immediately and start working at once, so purchases are final and not refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. Your balance is not used up by buying items you did not choose; every purchase asks for confirmation first.

4. Withdrawals

• If a withdrawal cannot be sent (for example an invalid address), it is cancelled and the full amount returns to your balance.
• A withdrawal sent to the address you entered is final.

5. Mistakes on our side

If a charge or credit is wrong because of an error in AiBio.Store, we correct the ledger and your balance. For help, use the support links inside your Room (Profile and Free → Join us) or our official social accounts, and include your username and the transaction ID.
